Canyon Creek Assisted Living

Canyon Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care offers assistance for individuals who need care such as; medication management, assistance with dressing, showering, grooming, we can assist in 1 person transfer assist. We provide 3 meals daily and have a full activity schedule.
