We understand how difficult it is, both physically and psychologically, to get back on your feet after surgery or a serious health issue. We also understand that each person who enters our clinic is unique and has individual needs. That’s why our program features one-on-one treatments involving you and your physical therapist. At Salt Lake Regional, our experienced physical therapy team works closely with you to develop an individualized program that is designed to help you:
At Salt Lake Regional, we believe in treating the whole person, not just a condition. In addition to focusing on your primary complaint, we also take into consideration how your diagnosis affects you as a whole.
We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for patients of all types and ages. No matter your age or physical ability level, and whether you are suffering from a debilitating disorder, chronic pain or a recent injury, we are here to help. All of our therapists are skilled clinicians who specialize in assessing and treating musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction — no matter the root cause. Our team has extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions, including:

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), each person should complete at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity each day to promote good health. At Salt Lake Regional, we couldn’t agree more! That’s why we highly encourage you to use our facility’s gym and aquatic pool to continue exercising after you have completed your formal physical therapy program.
No matter your fitness level or health status, we have the tools you need to perform pain-free aerobic activities. Swim or walk a few laps in our pool or use our stationary bicycles, arm bikes, treadmills and elliptical trainers to reap the physiological benefits of exercise.
